Conditions for Returning a Product
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 10 days from the date of receipt.
- Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Procedure
- Contact Us – Please email us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Return Authorization – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions, including the return address.
- Shipping the Product – You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable, and only the cost of the product will be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
